To make this work correctly follow along:

1) Install Application -> Select "Custom Settings" -> Uncheck "Set Update Schedule".

2) After installing, uncheck "Run Application" -> Extract Patcher to Desktop

3) Open Patcher, click "Open File" -> Navigate to PCHA.exe -> Select, Back to Patcher, click "Apply Patch".

4) Exit Patcher, Navigate to %Program Folder%\HTML -> Delete "0_days.HTML".
